We Believe..

Our Chruch DNA consists of 8 core beliefs: 

  1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God revealing the love of God to the world. (2 Tim 3:16)
     

  2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (2 Cor. 13:14)

  3. We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood on the cross, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (Matt 1:25, 2 Cor. 5:21, Rom 8:34, 1 Pet 3:18)

  4. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation, all men must repent of sin, have faith in Jesus Christ and be regenerated by the Holy Spirit to have everlasting life. (John 14:6)

  5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and his baptism which joins us to the body of Christ and empowers us to be witnesses, exercise spiritual gifts, the speaking of tongues, the performing of signs, wonders, and miracles. (Acts 1:8, Acts 2:4, 1 Cor. 12:7-11)

  6. We believe in water Baptism (“in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”) and the observance of our Lords Supper (Matt 28:19, Acts 2:38, Luke 22:14-19)
     

  7. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved unto the resurrection of eternal life and the lost unto the resurrection of damnation. (1 Cor. 15:12-22, 51-57, Rev 20: 11-15)

  8. We believe in the blessed hope that Jesus Christ will return to this earth, personally, visibly, and unexpectedly, in power and great glory, to gather His elect, to raise the dead, to judge the nations, and to bring His Kingdom to fulfillment. We believe in the Pre-Tribulation Rapture of the Church where all believers will meet the Lord in the air. (Rev 11:15, Dan 7:14, 1 Thess. 4:16-5:2)
